Resurrection and the life,
It seems like there is a lot of road construction going on. Road crews are filling the cracks and potholes caused by winter conditions. Other workers are installing new water and sewer lines. Orange cones, flashing lights, and traffic. It is a mess. Sometimes that is how it goes with our spiritual lives as well. Cracks and holes can be found in our souls. Our spirits can be in need of renovation. Easter is a good time for this renewal work. Resurrect in us, clean hearts that are regenerated in zeal for you. Unclog the residue and debris that prevents us from embracing your love and grace in this day. Remove the barriers that prevent us from reaching out to neighbors, strangers, and those we have a hard time loving.
